You said it......pathetic, absolutely pathetic, 1 shot on target, haven't had a goalscorer all season and now it's showing, can't see us getting anything at Preston, yet I can see Sheffield grinding out a win.....wave goodbye to Norwich, even up to lunchtime I felt we could catch them, what a joke...sick of football, can't see us doing bugger all in the play offs either.

not good enough today, no creativity and throughout. when you start a game slow it's hard to up the tempo half way through. we need to start all games fast and take the initiative from the off. bamford chances were only be we created on another he would of scored. but that has been the story too many times this season. very disappointing.

5 defeats on the trot - then they beat us - almost the same as the QPR game - only they had lost 7 on the spin before beating us FFS!

Preston have now lost two on the trot - bet they don't roll over for us on Tuesday.... and almost certainly Brum won't get anything against Sheff Utd on Tuesday either..

To be fair we all said we would be happy with the play offs last August.....

Don't write us off yet though Rev.. but Sheff Weds and Villa home, Preston, Brentford away..yikes!
Sheffield Utd have Brum and Stoke to worry about away and Millwall and Forest at home - they look to have the easier run in TBH

And all that money-grabbing nonsense that has screwed over so many loyal fans for the Villa match might just come back to haunt the powers that be. Shouldn't tempt fate.

Just got that feeling Tich..1 point behind 2nd with 6 games to go sounds doable but our current form ain't too convincing.

Away at Preston now IS a must win.

But yes we would have all took a play-off spot in August.
