It does look increasingly likely that Shan will lead us to the end of the season. Although reports suggest Allardyce as emerged as a frontrunner with Neil possibly taking over (because he's good at working to a tight budget) But I think the board have left it far too late to appoint a new manager now so Shan it is till seasons end.

Couldn't agree more Shan is way out of his depth what was that team all about when I saw it I knew we had no chance
