He would be the #1 choice for many. Problem is under Jenkins and Lai it’s just wishful thinking. With this pair in charge no one with ability and with other options soon to present themselves will work for someone like Jenkins and with the financial restrictions in place.

I’d keep Shan until season end as he’s won 4 from 6 and has done nothing wrong. He’s only ever said he’s doing the job one match at a time as we’ve no one else to put in charge Ffs. If we get promoted under Jenkins and Lai it could be a complete humiliation so ultimately we’re in no mans land and hopefully not free fall until they go. Time will tell but should they penny pinch in either division next year then neither scenario is good.
