Was not a fan of McCann but he was doing ok when he was sacked, only lost to Killie due to that guy diving. McCann also had Kamara, McIntyre binned him. Why are these things allowed to happen

I’ve never known a manager that is so incapable of changing things, every substitute is like for like, he never changes a formation, we had a chance yesterday, but he never changed a thing, we had an extra man and should have been pushing them back by leaving another player up front, instead we stayed with same formation allowing them to continue attacking us, playing like they still had 11 men, the man is clueless and needs to go, everyone can see this except Nelms.
