I love this board. I don't have any problem with Millwall or Millwall fans and if you look back at the several Millwall threads on MM over the years you will see I didn't join the general slagging. However, let's get a few things straight; the majority - the overwhelming majority - opinion on MM was that a large proportion of Millwall fans were middle-aged hooligans and there were frequent calls for sanctions against the club.
Now a Millwall fan says something nice about us and suddenly they are "real fans", fans reminiscent of the great days of "real football", they are "proper fans of a proper club." It's not Millwall I object to but the pathetic inconsistency of some of MM members. And I also find it laughable that Blackburn are considered not a proper club and their fans merely "clap a minute fans" or whatever the daft phrase was. It's pathetic to me that fans of other clubs like Blackburn, Wigan and Reading can just be slagged off here because they don't meet some Rotherham numpty's definition of real fans. Ridiculous.
