What the heckers does that mean eh ?, or is it just garbage cover for something like " Hes a blatant coward and a cheat ", and they dont want to say that of course do they!!.

It reminds me of the time when commentators started to use the word 'gamesmanship' instead of stating the obvious and saying 'cheat'!. Is the word 'cheat' PC these days, because nobody seems to want to say it.
