Personally I do not have a problem with the use of narrower stripes. However, an opportunity has been missed here. It looks very poor. Whoever designed it either forgot or ran out of ideas when it came to the collar. Solid sleeves don't look right. Toying with striped socks was tried some time back and failed then. All round pretty much a dog's dinner.
