We have been changing managers for the last 20 years and it hasn’t made much difference.

Ideally we need to get rid of Milne first and then replace McInnes because changing managers under Milne will result in the same old same old.

Thing is, changing Milne might then see a change in the way we operate, so would be willing to try a tiny bit longer with McInnes if Milne moved out.
Ideally though, I would also change both in one swoop.
The problem being no one in Aberdeen has the balls to get rid of either so it will have to come from someone out with the area. No one is interested in taking over from Milne as he has sucked the life out the club and McInnes has sucked what entertainment value was left. We are boring as f’uck because of them with no one wanting real change wanting to come in. They both need hounded out.

I agree that we need rid of Milne first but that probably is very unlikely. I would still take the opportunity in chopping McInnes though as he honestly is spent. Both are not doing us much good at all so anyone of them that makes way the better.

McInnes will definitely be gone before Milne is but the boring football will still be here long after McInnes has left.

Unless we sign a positive thinking manager. Doesn’t have to be an SFA coached individual. The world is big.

Derek, if offered the Scotland job, or any other job for that matter, please just take it.

Time to move on from the shi* bag tactics and awful football being played. Massive clear out required and total re-build on the same scale as our new stadium. We are a shadow of the team from a few years back and it is depressing stuff thinking this clown may have another crack at it next year. I for one will hold out on renewing my season ticket and dna membership to see what happens as this season has been awful viewing.

The pant pishers should be realistic ✅ and keep McInnes for continuing with the same faults throughout his time at the club. We're lucky to have him, you know
Mediocrity, another favourite of the suicide squad.

'Aye but, remember McGhee?' another hilarious quip.

One galling fact about the Anchor Man is that he was quoted in the press saying that we only needed to win 2 matches left in the season. There were 3 games left at the time. Not the way a manager worth his salt should be conducting himself....he himself never believed we could do anything against today’s opponents which is worrying. If you don’t believe in your team you don’t deserve to run the show.
