    Your Favourite Game This Season

For me it was the Bradford City home game in late January .

Took a mate from work whose not gone to a game for many years due to being in the army and daughter commitments at the weekend .

We walked in The Dove at 1pm and it was rammed with Bradford fans , we had a reight good craic with them and a good drink too .

They ran out of beer at 2.30pm and the Bradford fans supped the majority of it , good lads having an away day without any edge , class lads .

My mate was in his element , never seen him laugh and enjoy himself so much , not had the best of time since leaving the army and saw some reight shyte in Kosovo and Afghanistan which he's stuggled with .

The game was a piece of pyss for us and we played very well easily winning 3-0 .

    Grand day all around .

That game set off a chain of events giving my mucker something to look forward to and he's a regular now , loves his saturday home games .

For me there were 2, one at home Rochadale, having the patience to come from a goal down seemed to give them confidence. Similar Southend away, taking them apart after going down to 10 men showed we dont let setbacks get to us, just rollup the sleeves and get on with it.

First game against Oxford for me, ripped a team to shreds who thought they would do well this season.
It gave us the confidence to know we would do well and it took Oxford until February to recover!

Posh away won 4-0 and it could have been 7 or 8 , in total command from first minute to the last , Best performance in many a year ,

2nd v Luton at home , cracking game , 2 evenly matched sides , great entertainment , great result 3-2 Reds

From what I did see it was Luton at home. Excellent performance against the champions elect and considering we had a few key players missing that day it was a fine performance and deserved result. That day wi ed Davies missing, Woodrow and Moore injured and Dougall missing. It was a cracking game and one which I thoroughly enjoyed

Rochdale away early on. Kieffer hat trick.

After the first four or five games it became clear what the level of the Third Division was like and we were in with a good chance of cummin straight back up with the squad we had.
