I’m sure there were a few iffy ones aswell but generally he didn’t oversee big buys as I recall (maybe Shane Long), again, all tying in with the Peace business model.

Alas, it now appears that due to Tony Pulis being allowed to spend most of our nest egg we have to start all over again so I expect these slow tedious dealings to once again become the norm. Our only other option is a multi billionaire owner, but more of the free spending variety not the one we have now. We might aswell be owned by Patel’s Fags and Mags corner shop such is the lack of investment from Lai.

Anyway, I’m not really telling you anything you didn’t already know, other than I just dont see any other avenues right now so I think we’d better get used to it. My main concern is how many of our fan base can be arsed to go through it all again? Personally I’ve already returned to watching my old non league team when the Albion are away, I’ve just renewed my Albion season ticket for season No.30 but if this load of cr ap keeps going on i’ll be switching to non league full time and picking my matches up the Albion.
