What kind of message does it send to Tongey or any others for that matter if he walks back into his job and Dale has to step aside? Might upset the good karma in the building. If he comes back he cannot be the assistant but we all know they'll soon be stepping on each others toes and potentially disrupting the dressing room. Too much risk for me!
