Maybe they have skills but are they useful to running a fair and just society? Put it this way society would function without footballers but it wouldn't run very well without doctors. nurses, teachers etc. There was a time when, not long ago, footballers used to go downt pit for a shift then turn up for footy eg Danny Williams.
