A fantastic player and I wouldn't say he failed at Derby being fair. Beat Leeds over 2 legs when you wouldn't have given them much of a chance.

He's got some great players to work with so who knows.
It obviously is a bit of a gamble but I tend to agree with this ^^^.
He showed he was growing into the job at Derby and hopefully he will be able to use that experience well at Chelsea.
I guess he will have wanted a few guarantees from the board given the potential issues at the club and I hope he is given time to put his stamp on things.
I liked him as a player and hope he does well as a manager.......even though he acted like a bit of a t*t at our place 😊.
