Think the comparison to Wilder is a bit unfair tbh. He's managed about 5 clubs and has hundreds and hundreds of games as a manager under his belt. He's done a fantastic job for Sufc, of that there's no doubt but he's a very experienced manager compared to FL.

Frank Lampard has had 1 season and regardless of what Derby usually do blah blah blah, he got them to the play off final. That's not bad for a rookie in my opinion.

The blokes an absolute winner and I hope he does well. A young British manager being given a chance for a change. How unusual is that eh!!!
