Nah, he's just found another group who have offered him more money regardless of their ability to finance Notts. He'll now go back to court and ask for more time. Doubt he ever had a Plan A, other than saving his own neck.

Either that or he's made up another consortium to stall the backlash for even longer

All of the developments during the course of the 'takeover' have convenient timing, SA pull out and a new consortium are interested just before the court date hmmmm, i wonder if the courts are as gullible as he thinks us fans are

What would be the point? As I said we are trading insolvently, better to put us into admin and let the free for all begin.

The significant development comes after a South African consortium, which was fronted by Terry Pritchard of Charter HCP, wrote to Hardy, informing him of their decision to withdraw from the process.

Their progress had stalled due to the ill health of Pritchard, who was taken seriously unwell at the beginning of June, yet further talks took place with their lawyer Chris Farnell last week.

But they backed out after claiming they had been told the club was set to be sold to the Danes, who have already been taken around a tour of Meadow Lane.

I've had a sneaking feeling that Hardy will be angling for another adjournment on Wednesday. There is a precedent for it elsewhere. The timing of a 'meeting with prospective buyers' the day after the court date supports that notion I think. If that were the case it would appear that Hardy appears to be maneuvering for time. Possibly continued involvement with the club, who knows.

Possibly, apart from the obvious liquidation, the worst possible result from the day as people are just tired of this circus now.

A rumour was circulating that the club was sold yesterday by someone who was in the boardroom at Nuneaton. But how this Danish group has done its DD so quick is beyond me. Maybe they are backed by the Billionaire RT alluded to when selling

A 'Danish consortium' were reported as being shown around Meadow Lane on 20th June - just 18 days ago. Bets on extra time for due diligence to be completed being being requested?
