Good tactic biglad but naughty...the problem with that is that even if people dont come up with a counter argument it still dunt prove your argument is right. It you forward some evidence that your adversaries can't counter then your argument stands up better.

Ok, if you are going to be coy, let me deal with your three points.

1, We might have to send British troops in to a war that GB want no part of.

We might in NATO too. At the heart of the security element of the Lisbon Treaty is the notion of mutual defence (Article 42.7 of the treaty). That's exactly the same principle that NATO is based on (see Article 5 of the Washington declaration).

2,. Who would this army take orders from? When the British Army is under NATO command it takes orders from NATO. One assumes that a similar principle would apply to an operation under EU command.

3, How would the army work together with so many language barriers? In NATO, German soldiers speak German, Spanish soldiers speak Spanish and so it goes on. They don't all become multilingual in a way that they wouldn't in the EU.

I don't see a European military force as
being either desirable or necessary, but you are persisting in making a bum point.

Bum point? I dont think so mate. The EU want an EU army but why would they even be talking about an EU army when every country in the EU bloc bar 5 (Austria, Finland, Ireland, Malta, and Sweden) are already member states of NATO? It is because the Germans and French are not in charge of NATO and the corrupt EU do not like that fact. Simples.

OK you are right I cannot answer them and I give up to your superior knowledge on how the EU works. Please forgive me for even daring to question that.
