I think most fans might hope to see their team at least make the Qtrs or the Semis in big tournaments like these, and then at least they can say 'at least we made it to the last 8 or the last 4 etc' when we get knocked out!.
But as our wimmins footy team found out the other night, theres no appeal whatsoever to losing in the Semis is there. So Im hoping our Intl cricket team dont choke 'Yorkshire' style here and can with through this Semi - 1st knockout round.

These are special days as an England cricket fan , it really doesn't get much better than this .
