He doesn't need to get anything through Parliament BT, getting out of the EU is all that matters, and the legal default, both in UK law and the EU's Treaty of Rome, is that we leave on October 31st. It's up to the extremists and saboteurs in Parliament to try to prevent the will of the people being enacted, and the timetable for them is tight in the extreme, which is why Remoaners are now in full melt-down mode. As Brexit approaches and they realise we really are leaving, they are becoming ever more hysterical in their ludicrous claims, it's literally driving some of them mad, tipping them over the edge.
