    Hi Frog, Not as far south as Agde, NW of Toulouse towards Agen.

    It's always been hot there when I've been. Is it the festival time with the red berrets and hankys? I went to a stag do down there, well just south of Condom with a group, I have to say that I don't remember where or that much about it apart from the great atmoshere, the good laugh and the duck we nocked from the siide of the road and kept as a pet for the night.

    Most of the fetes have a bandas group as you described. They are all very good and very french, Lots of duck here in all sorts of forms and lots of great, cheap wine. We are surrounded by vineyards

    Got some lovely ones off our trees mate. We can throw them at the telly if the Bury game gets called off.
