It seems we are one of the bigger clubs in the SBC and have the most savvy owner of the lot.

If PNE really want Lowe then the price is now £5M

Fair play to Morris here, he's taking the pee out of FFP. Half of his costs go against the coaching budget and not playing. Sells the ground to himself and now this.. Steve Gibson will be going into meltdown over this.

Real marquee signing this.18 months with a poss extension is about right. Sponsorship to cover some of the costs.

Apparently the half wages scenario only applies in leagues 1 and 2, but the sponsorship deal will cover the wages.

He's only doing it to get the clubs reputation up world wide, pimping us out to all kinds ffs

Bring back Nigel Clough imo, at least it was Derby County back then, not the granny globetrotters
Ah your back with your positive vibe I see. Give the guy credit, he is being financially astute, which to be fair is what Derby have needed at the helm for a long time - much as money has ruined the game in many ways, if man City can win the prem by a distinctly odd "sponsorship" deal of their stadium by a company associate with their owners, then if you can't beat them join them!

Now that would piss off Leeds, Middlesbro, Swansea, Preston etc etc. Please let it be so.....

But next they will want us to play in red? Like Cardiff changed their colours to align with ownership/sponsorship

Newcastle away in the 70s IIRC. We also had that Burgundy away job a few years back.
