We have been regressing for a long time now.

He made us a better team. No doubt but he has failed time and time again to bring us up a level

Agreed. Funnily enough I think we peaked in a game we lost, the Scottish Cup final against celtic. It's been all comfortably downhill since then

Cosgrove has actually improved in the last year to be fair to him. He did fine today when we played the ball on the deck. When we punt it long and high, as we seem to do most of the time, he's not able to do anything with it - again to be fair to him, nobody would be able to do much with that. How McInnes can't see this and get it across to his players I don't know. Thick as mince.
