Have you ever given the slightest consideration as to what it might be a minority subjected to light racist abuse in a "joking" manner.

Of course playing along is the only reaction. Can you imagine how people would react if they were asked politely to stop. People then start saying "can't take a joke", as though the person is being unreasonable.

Look at how much you folks are getting upset because someone else has been accused of making an inappropriate joke, you can't even handle somebody else being called out on it.
