The Government can seek to bypass statute law by passing an order of council and suspend the Benn Act until after October 31st , the order can be passed by privy councillors which is to say Government Ministers and can be done without involving the queen .

Pretty unprecedented but then you wouldn't bet against him doing just that would you really ?
If there’s a way round it or a loophole they will use it.
As long as opposition can’t stick an amendment on an order to bypass statute law.
