I honestly cannot believe that after winning 6 games out of 7 that folk are still finding something to greet about.

Dundee have a far bigger budget than Ayr and have half their points so they should be ashamed of themselves right?

Yes. It's a good start to the season but not outstanding.

I don't think posters are trying to find something to greet about, the performance's against East Fife,Ayr United and Arbroath were simply not good enough and its still all to play for.If we hammer Ayr at Tannadice many of my concerns will be alleviated.

Giving what we have been subjected to over the past 3 seasons! I for one am happy to agree that the start to this season has been outstanding. Yes we have still witnessed some crap performances (Ary Arbroath) bt come on the performances against ICT partick Dunfermline the funsters and Morton have been excellent. If you said at the start of the season we’d win 6 out of 7. Pluck me I’d have grabbed that with both hands.

So we just analyse the games we've not performed in?

We've blown away ICT, FUN & Morton scoring 16 goals in the process but yeah let's hark back to the negative.

Did we win yesterday? This place is fk unreal, we win 6 - 0 and folk are on here moaning about other games.

There is no point in pissing and moaning about the teams past performance. The team has shown what they can do positively when they are on the boil.

The key is consistency, yes they will have bad days at the office, it’s a fact of football, all teams go through it.

Look forwards. The future is bright!

I'm happy with the start to the season, I've never said otherwise. However with our budget we are exactly where we should be. I fail to see how that is outstanding. What Ayr have done on their budget however IS outstanding and we can only hope with the manager gone that they implode but there certainly wasn't much sign of that yesterday.

I get we have a bigger budget than most teams in the league. Bt the size of the budget does nt always dictate the position or your standing. The Glasgow team and Hibs can contest to that. We are the big scalp in this league and teams raise their game or park the bus against us. Because of this we have play well and be mentality strong. Something we have lacked previously. We won games last season by the odd goal and by hanging on at the end. This season we have won 4-1 6-2 6-0 Two of the results against title challenging teams, and that’s why I think the start has been outstanding. There will be games where we struggle or get beat bt games like partick and Arbroath have shown that as a team we are in a far better placed to give a genuine title challenge.
