    Former Labour MP Chris Harris.

"I joined Labour exactly 40 years ago this month and left in 2018 after finally (and belatedly) losing patience at the antisemitism that was being so generously tolerated, not only by the party leadership but by its grassroots."

    Ho hum.

I think you ought to ring your mates at Tory Central and ask them to put their own house in order too mon ami...

Alan Duncan the ex Tory MP, who served as a Foreign Office minister under Theresa May, claimed the Conservative Friends of Israel group was “doing the bidding of Netanyahu” and called for two of its prominent members: Lord Polak and Lord Pickles; to be “removed from the House of Lords”.

What has this got to do with the Anti-Semitism rife on the Left in general and in the Labour Party in particular ?

Let me ask you both if the IDF flattened Accrington or Dewsbury to dust and slaughtered 30,000 of ours, what would your reaction be then?

Exactly BT but then it would be as my post and it would directly impact us

My question to you is - do you think they from Israel or Palestine would give it a second thought what happened in Dewsbury

    The answer is No

Rwanda - Africa has had genocide before today and guess what - it still went on and not much changed - they weren’t given the publicity.

As I said BT I’m not in sympathetic to the situation I just think that we have so many issues here that all it does is detract from our country’s issues. ( at the moment imo there are a lot of issues here ).

Is this the same Rwanda that our governent is trying to send people too ?

I do not agree with allowing illegal imigrants into this country, but they should be processed and returned to their country of origin not shipped off to Rwanda, where they may or may not be killed.

The government of this country is trying to pervert the international court of human rights on this subject by getting parliament to declare Rwanda a safe place.

Vintage it was just an example of genocide in the past , but where no one basically gave a sh-t whereas now everyone seems to be involved. And they’re dragging more people in to it.

My point was our government will love it - deflection tactics -as with all governments they like a war to disguise money shortfalls and their own misgivings.

How times change 75 years ago the Germans were butchering 6 million Jews, but now their Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that “there is only one place for Germany: at Israel’s side”. It was, he said, “a perpetual task for us to stand up for the security of the state of Israel”.
