Errr, fully aware of what a "limited edition" is Pete, my (and just about every other supporter who either couldn't afford the price, or missed out before the 1919 were sold, or both), is that the club have decided to exclude about 99% from owning a shirt that celebrates the 100th anniversary of the club THEY make possible. Suggestion elsewhere for a limited edition shirt exactly as a shirt worn by the 1st team, and an unlimited number of replicas at a premium price but not as for the limited edition.

It would have made more money for the club, would not have pi55ed off a HUGE number of fans, and would not prevent those who get the limited edition from profiteering should they wish to. What's so rocket science about any of that (but clearly beyond the club management to think up).
