What are the odds that we all of a sudden "start playing to our potential" now?
Completely agree.
Who in their right mind will invest £40M or so of their money (after £15M from selling Pittodrie) for a club that will never produce a financial return on that investment, on a 20,000 stadium that at best will only be three quarters full in 90% of the matches that are played in a championship that they will finish something like 20-30 points behind the winners???
Let's just stay at Pittodrie and do a Hibs and redevelop the stadium as and when we can afford it after selling players
I saw the bit when Ferguson said to Milne to get his wallet out which was funny but I missed the bit where McInnes said the expectation will be greater on a reduced budget.
For starters I can’t see us improving if we are signing players of the calibre of Curtis Main because we have a shiny new training ground.
And why is the budget going to be reduced?
Milne hasn’t put his hand in his pocket for the training ground and the club aren’t in debt so why is there going to be less money for players?
