It was a great election for a Remainer in a 2 horse race, to choose between a Leaver or someone who is 'neutral'

A competent opposition would have wiped the floor with the Tories. Which is why I and many other lifelong Labour voters didn't vote Labour.

They may have a chance at the next election IF they appoint someone closer to the middle ground. If they appoint a Corbyn protege then they can forget about it for a very long time.
