Many will forgive the lack of entertainment, but few will accept a lack of effort and the Queen's Park game was a real sickener in terms of giving 100%.

When Queens click, - like they did against Dundee Utd and Ayr they are fantastic to watch, and although even the most fervent supporter wouldn't expect that kind of performance every week, the problem is that a few extra fans are persuaded to come along for the next home game, only for them to witness an at best - half hearted display. You can't blame people who have spent good money to decide not to come back.

So the players really need to understand the conundrum that faces every small football club, if they don't give of their best, then people won't come to watch them and the club suffers. They really need to put their personal issues to one side and play for the greater good.
