    This might be controversial but I thought the midfield looked much more balanced without Wiles in there. His absence certainly allowed Barlaser more freedom and he had easily his best game for us to date.
    I hope he stays until the end of the season.

    Excellent all round, although what an experienced pro like Mattock was thinking is anyone's guess. Thought we were very good first half too. Someone nobody has mentioned, unless I missed it, is Thompson. Haven't seen much of him, but had a solid game today and improved us on something that's been awful this season - throw-in's. Nothing fancy, but at least they were in the right direction and up the pitch.

    Liked his constant talking to ogbene and his urgency retreating the ball for throwing/free kicks.
