Agreed, I'm hoping it was nerves due to last two results, and I dread to think what the mental state of the players might have been if we hadn't won that, but we got the win, and hopefully that will restore a lot of the confidence which looked like it was ebbing away a bit. I really don't think we can underestimate what a blow the end of last season was, so any slight wobble and all the panic comes back. But hopefully this result has given the players a real boost, and if we can avoid defeat against WB I'm hopeful the players will take that confidence on into the rest of the season.

His personal hairdressing consultant wasn't happy with the hue of some of his highlights and so he was flown by private jet to an exclusive Pamper Clinic in the Maldives. He is expected to be back for the West Brom game; subject to agreement from his nail clipping and ear lobe massaging advisory team.

And yet we win 5 - 4 against a team that are not exactly sh1te. Yes could have defended better, and we are susceptible to set pieces, corners and the like (and not replacing Jansson with someone with his physical presence and the squad overall lack of height is something that needs addressing), but when have we EVER fought back three times to regain the lead?

We have some very big games coming up, but if anyone thinks that ANY if the games between now and end if season AREN'T big games, more fool them, and let's hope the club have the same view.

Nah... we didn't give up looking for the winner, nothing too wrong with spirit or lads demanding more of each other.

More than a striker or defender or another No10, we do need a more reliable keeper unfortunately, someone to organise and give confidence to the defence. As much as I think he's a character he is too reckless..., I can't remember when we last had that position properly covered.
    What a game

Seen the stuff on Quest, of us and Baggies I'd choose us (obviously), but of the two genuinely not impressed with what Baggies "contributed" and (equally obviously) hopeful we might be seeing their wheels come off (who wouldn't!). New Years Day here we come!

And yes, please get a keeper who knows how to manage their area and the players immediately in front of them, Casilla doesn't

Nketiah aint great. Very lightweight. Doesn't help out with the tracking back. Kinda pretends then stops. Can't believe I'm saying it, but Bamford 1st choice, however we do need a striker in January.
