A few stray passes stopped it being a perfect performance. Would have beaten anyone in the league today. The movement and passing was sublime. The goals were well worked.
Only black spot was the silly action by Mattock that's cost us a left back for the next three games. I did agree with MoM, but there were many contenders today.

Toney for them didn't rate him at all. Wood when he came on wasn't taking no prisoners. Can you say we were that good against opposition who didn't turn up. Solid performance. Hope Blackpool give us more of a test. Just if you beat someone who doesn't give you a game it doesn't give you the satisfaction of beating a side who you know you've been in a game with. Don't get me wrong I'm happy position we are in the league. I'd like to see Hinds play new years day, always rated him.

Just watched the Mattock sending off again. I think Toney has watched a lot of WWF. He throws himself backwards in spectacular fashion without any significant impact. Ridiculous for Mattock to put himself in that position though.
