JCH flatters to deceive. Always looks like he should do better than what he actually achieves. You get the odd glimpse of something good, but it doesn't last over 90 minutes, never mind a full season (possiby due to injury problems?)

Jch isn't very good as demonstrated when he was with us. More tattoos than skill.
Look no further than last Saturday; missed an easy chance and then Rovers might as well have played with ten men for all the impact he made.
Looking back through his stats for a less than prolific season so far his last league goal in open play was against us last September and that was only because our defenders were still asleep after the HT break.
He has scored about three penalties in the league since then though.

Vassell isn't being touted as a £2m player though.
If you want to compare the two then in the Head to head last Saturday Vass was a threat all of the time he was on the pitch and scored another great goal.
Jch missed virtually an open goal and did nothing else.
The problem with jch is that he's great for a short time at all the clubs he's been with including with us around the time when he scored that wonder goal vs Leeds.
great at Cov for a while then they got shut, great with Rovers up until Sept.
Previous clubs before we signed the player have struggled with him too. Steve Evans was warned off him by other Managers but decided to take a chance
He's scored 20 goals in 30 league appearances for Bristol Rovers, seems pretty good to me.
So now Yates has played for us today does that mean only Swindon can sign him and they don't seem to need him now ? Barmy.
Saying on "B@n&£r" that Yates is going back to Swindon before deadline . No idea if that is true though.
