Yeas we are 17 points clear, but like ive already said, ICT will have 2 games in hand with 2 games against us to go. That there is 12 points, and i for one aint accepting this league is won until the maths add up!
That's scary when you put it like that mate. All ifs and buts but still. Their two games in hand will be vs Dunfermline & QOTS. Both teams they have excellent records against. I think it'll come down to our games vs them, and thankfully we seem to have their number.

I've been reading a book with press cuttings from the 87 season and it's very noticeable how much detail Jim McLean gave the reporters on players injuries, how they got them, and how they were recovering. Apart from right before big European games (for obvious reasons) he was prepared to tell the reporters much more than we hear now.

That is what i posted yesterday mate but it got lost on a very fast moving thread.I find it strange that nothing has been said about Watson. Some posters are saying that he was dropped to let Connolly back in but this is not true,Connolly sat on the bench for weeks during a purple patch where Watson always started.
Its frustrating as phuck at times not knowing what is going on but one thing is for sure we should still be capable of beating Arbroath at home regardless of which 11 starts.

Sorry I missed your post GB, was catching up yesterday. Definitely an area that the club (Robbie) needs to address.

definitely not a hate campaign, a few on here, myself included think he slows the game down far too much

It is worth adding that we beat Morton 6-0 on the 28th of September but scrambled a 1-1 draw at the same venue 4 months later. The form of our opponent has been similar all season, good at home but shyte away.It was the same v the Dees,6-2 then a 1-1,we have a 23 point lead over the team some bookies had us joint FAVs with to win the league(DFC) yet we have been inconsistent at times.
Its a funny old game mate.

Yeah, it's a bit crazy, maybe believing the media as they now have it as a foregone conclusion. 🤔

ICT in a few weeks is a million percent must win game, how we perform in that will need to be totally different to how we've been past few months
