PFA believe the change in the standard players' contract will highlight how seriously the PFA views racism, and remove any ambiguity about the possible consequences for anyone found guilty of the offence. Racist abuse will now be deemed as gross misconduct and, although the decision of whether to terminate a contract will ultimately rest with the player's employers, the PFA pointed out that any club failing to act "could be held responsible for condoning [racism]".

a scary road when no one but the "accuser" and one of his buddies heard anything. with modern microphones, 4 officials and players on your own term not one person heard this.

Needless to say, if you have no ethics or morals you can accuse anyone of saying anything and they are guilty until proven innocent. who's the real racist in that case? I seem to recall that this is not the first accusation from this player.

I do understand that here stateside you are innocent until proven guilty and it's not that way in much of the world but it's a scary precedent. Almost banana republic in it's application.
