We are a ski tour operator specialising in the Aosta Valley in... Northern Italy. This is a disaster for us economically as Easter has our 3 busiest weeks of the season, representing about 40% of our revenue. As no one can travel, we have to refund everyone in full - it's not covered by insurance.
