Simplest thing to do is to end leagues now and reformat them according to average points gained from number of games played. Also have no play-offs, with only top and bottom being promoted / relegated. This would avoid fixtures backlog and issues with players contracts as well as clearing the ground to focus on public health. In the Championship, United would be promoted and Partick relegated.
