O/T Coronavirus Thread

Britain seams to be going down different routes to the rest of the world. Do the government know sumat different or are they gambling with life's?
Is it were behind them at this stage of the virus.
Is it the fact we are only testing a small amount of people that the figures are low?
Another 171 over night. No more deaths atm

Not sure they've got a plan B (Where have we heard that before !)

Initial Press conference seemed to indicate "Carry on Regardless", get 60% infected to achieve herd immunity.
Now they seem to be going down the isolation route.


On another issue my son has just had to ring 111 re an incident at work for advice and was told "Haven't got a clue mate, ask at a local pharamacy"

☹️. A manager from care home was not happy this morning on the news. She called 111 and didn't get a answer she wanted which in her opinion was the dementia patient she was looking after needed hospital treatment. so she went to local GP who said the same. They basically said stay at home and self isolate them.
