Neither do I Camiller. Of course, Erics lad is not selfish/ uncaring. I have asked for some money back myself from a holiday. Ericslad didn't suggest mikemiller was trivialising the loss of life with his cricket comment. Crash did and I thought in light of a previous post he was being a bit hypocritical. If he had not made that comment I would not have made my comment.

Good boy.
Forgive me for diving in here. Eric is bang on asking for his money back for a service that hasn't been provided, come on who wouldn't ask for their money back? Well done Eric hang in there pal.
As for my final games I have paid on a season ticket I might not see, the club can keep my money. I want the club to survive and not have to pay back money that may well have already been used. I might not even attended some of these games. I'm no millionaire but it's no great loss to me if I don't get my money back, the clubs survival is more important.
Ah well you see you need to be like me and be careful what you put in posts. Never too late to amend em...![]()
The Government has said to Eric (and all other British citizens) they cant travel. They've not said to Tui they cant fly. I'd argue that its Eric who has broken the contract by not being allowed to travel - otherwise the flight would have gone. Tui has done nothing wrong or not acted negligently.
But never mind, Tui pay Eric back, Tui claim the shortfall back off the tax payer and in effect we all pay Erics refund. Happy days.
