Seeing as I suffer from COPD and asthma it's a worrying time for me. I nearly end up in hospital with every chest infection I get anyway, so this cov-19 would definitely put me there. I'm taking all the precautions I can but I still have to go out to work and do the shopping, but all my social activities have stopped as a result of the virus. Its the first time in ages I've had a weekend off work and not gone out but tbf I've not missed it.

But going back to where and how and why it started in the first place, shouldnt some people be made accountable for it all, what happens to them eh ?.

Bit late for people to be made accountable mate, it's now happening as shyte as it is. Unfortunately I don't think it will be blowing over in a hurry either. When you think that animals as well as humans can contract it then it doesn't bode well considering that many people have pets. To get this virus under control is a mammoth task and in all honesty I'm very worried.

It’s something worth thinking deeper about is that Animal. The Government May be confident there will be no Food shortages but I’m not. What they are doing in America (and I am very anti Gun as regards the Public carrying them) is stocking up on protection. We don’t live in the 1940’s war. We live in times when the looters will care not if they break an elderly persons door down to Rob them of a purse. It’s not the food availability that will empty the shelves.... it’s the lack manpower to transport, replenish and open the shops. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

I don’t get your point. you may be at risk, even in Sowerby, a well known area of low crime! ..... . My point SB was a serious one. In a months time there will be burglaries, there will be civil unrest. I don’t advocate guns..... but there will be a need to protect yourself, and your property, and quickly. Toilet rolls won’t be the target when cash machines don’t get filled.

I'm referring to the relative value of things Jules.

A think tha might be going a little over the top with talk of civil unrest and guns but I agree selfishness and an "I'm all right Jack" mentality comes to the fore in society at times like this.
