Wonder what's different in German to the rest of Europe. Over 10,000 cases 27 dead.

676 new cases in UK announced , just for today so far. Rapidly escalating now.

"Doing lots of testing" was WHO advice - our government ignored that advice until about a day ago. Not sure how far that they have got with it , but it could be a bit late now... Still no plans to close schools in England, even though school closures will go ahead in Scotland.

Testing has been a problem here. It was almost 2 weeks after the first death that workers at the care facility where it happened could be tested.

Schools here not expecting to start back until September. Not sure if they are being over cautious, time may tell I suppose. Positive test and death rate seems to have slowed. Just over 50 deaths in 1000 in the county where I live.

Eton College , Boris's old school, is shutting down though. So are some of the other posh private schools - they are not waiting for government orders! Blimey - just imagine if a future prime minister got coronavirus!

Can you catch it by putting your old man in a pig's head?

Grow up Mike ffs, I’ve posted some schools have shut and no they aren’t ‘posh’ some are closing because they either can’t cope (some in isolation) or parents are throwing a paddy as usual.

    I blame him up there
