Nice one. You don't like what you read, so you attack the person who said it and completely ignore what he actually said! The Heseltine quote was just one option I picked from a Google search. I suggest you do one yourself (just put 'Thatcher North Sea oil') because there are loads. You will then be left with the option of discrediting every other source, or admitting that on this occasion Heseltine was spot on.
