Play the fixtures behind closed doors. Get Sky BT to waive their rights and show it all on council TV choose game on red button. Simple.

What's the thinking behind banning eye tests? I can see the logic in stopping dentists doing fillings etc but eye tests?????

When’s logic ever had anything to do with it?

You’re not supposed to go outside unless you’re walking your dog.
Obviously having a dog with you keeps the virus at bay.

Given today's developments of all these forced closures to be reviewed on a monthly basis (not weekly) and the medical advice that social distancing will be needed on and off for the rest of the year tells me this sh1t is going to be with us for much longer than anyone is thinking. There is zero chance of next season's football starting by July/August so no rush to finish off this season. We may find that we spend next season finishing off this one and in effect there is no 20/21 season - maybe play a cup competition or two if it clears up in time but no way are we playing 38 league games by May 21 even if we choose to not finish the current season.

Football like many other leisure businesses will need a Government bail-out to survive

    Not as easy as that.
Just one player contracts it or shows symptoms & that’s it f*cked.
Was he playing against other opponents 3 days before in midweek as well?
Can’t see that happening I’m afraid.

The way things are going we will be lucky if next season starts never mind finishing the current one.

The last week or so kind of puts things into perspective coming on here bickering with people about football.

    Hope everyone is doing well.
