Just come back from my run (yes, we are allowed one before someone moans). A couple of observations. Main roads very quiet. A few joggers, cyclists (they must be loving the quiet roads) and walkers. Just a comment about social distancing. It is virtually impossible to pass anyone on the pavement without coming closer than 2 ms so you either have to cross the road or move out into the road. (Which I did before anyone moans again.) Also where cyclists are passing you they also need to give you a wider berth on the road so I think it would be a good idea to warn motorists, particularly in built up areas to be wary of people straying out into roads to avoid others. That would mean slowing down as well We all have our bit to do including motorists. (Yes I am one before anyone moans). Get em told Boris!
Another thing I noticed were groups of workers outside homes(not main construction sites) stood closely in small groups chatting. Not wise.
Everyone I have come across has had a smile on their face and said morning from a safe distance. It does seem strange that people deliberately avoid you but are friendly.
