They’re changing it AT renewal, not mid-term.
What’s wrong with that?
They’re entitled to.
That’s like us changing a players contract at renewal.

If you make a claim it should affect your premium, not what’s covered as far as I’m concerned.

Same with health insurance - I make a claim, the policy premium goes up but they don’t stop providing the cover for the illness once you’re under their cover - at least mine via work doesn’t.

This mob just look happy to take the cash, but run a mile when payout time comes.

So, yes Donanddusted they will be continuing to make good money if they manage to dodge payouts this easily...
