    It is fair to say that all 3 establishment clubs in Scotland will vote NO to the proposals.To be honest i cannot see this being voted through as long as you need 75% to vote YES.

    By the way i cannie really blame Hearts or Dundee but the most vile club in the country are only trying to postpone 9 in a row that they caused themselves by imploding from the winter break on.Any team capable of losing to FN Hearts TWICE should just accept they are inferior to their great city rivals,FACT.
