I think Grealish is probably a decent player.

However, i think he'd be a **** team player and therefore am not convinced he'd be a good fit.

But hey, depends on what style/system the manager wants to play.

I know thread has moved on a bit but I never realised Grealish is first player to lose 20 premier league games in a row
