Out of interest, how many games have you seen Callum Roberts play in a Notts County shirt? Just the one or more?
live 1 (obviously) - but i follow highlights from most of the league and am registered on most clubs forums (including this and P.O.N) and a lot of Notts fans seam to share that opinion.

    They finished 3rd.

Barrow have 70 points from 37 having won 2 drawn 1 and lost 2 of their last 5, they haven't won a game by more than one goal since 18th Jan and they'd just lost at home to a team looking to displace them.
if you look further back we probably haven't won more than a half dozen games all season by more than 1 goal - despite being top scorers (and having 2 of the top 3 individual goalscorers) the league position was mainly due to having one of best defences.

I am convinced that Barrow wouldn’t have won the league had the season ended as it should last Saturday.
A number of factors. The form they had showed going into COVID enforces break was sporadic at best, 7 points from 15. They had arguably there best player missing for 3 games. They also had a tough run in with a fair few of there games being against sides battling for play off spots. There record against the top 8 during the season wasn’t anything great either.
I actually think Harrogate AND Notts has the momentum to finish above Barrow.
    My opinion of course.

Form over the last 30+ seasons is irrelevant.
Barrow have been top for 5 months (since winning 3-0 at Notts County). Barrow were 5 points clear on 1st January and are 4 points clear now - so not exactly bottling it. Notts whilst obviously improving (mainly due to Callum Roberts) were still 7 points behind and had played a game more. Harrogate did have Barrow to play at home and yes they could have won the game - BUT they still had to play Notts 3 times including the Trophy in the space of 10 days.
You'll only come straight back down, save yersens the pain.

They haven't exactly been consistent, they lost 6 of their opening 9 and were still only 14th after game 14. They are where they are because of an insane run of 11 wins in 12 up to the beginning of December.

If the season had begun on Christmas Day, we would be top and four points clear of Barrow in 3rd. That stat is compelling evidence that they wouldn't have gone up.

That stat just confirms you wouldn't have caught Barrow - you played more games between Christmas Day and now than you have games left - and you only gained 4 points - you're 7 behind and we have a game in hand...

what that shows is that Barrow's 2 defeats and 3 of the 5 draws were against teams with the best form in the league - the remaining 8 games were won 6 drew 2. We only had 1 games left against a form team - and they had to face both us and Notts

How about the table since 1st February.
Absolute proof Barrow do NOT deserve to go up without completing the season or playing off. Barrow were only the 10th best side in the league in the closing two months.............

    2.Ebbsfleet Utd 7 4 1 2 7 7 0 13
