... and he has been magnificent.
He has done what a proper journalist should do and not one of the top Tories he has confronted has even made an honourable draw of the interview.
The latest today was Victoria Atkins and her performance was just lamentable.
Their inability to answer his questions leaves them wide open so he reloads the gun and fires it through their waffle. They smile in frustration and he responds with 'why are you laughing, minister? Do you think this is funny?'
All they need to do is admit that for 10 years the NHS has been denuded to the point where its stocks have run dry.
Not their fault. Blame the previous governments in between 2010 and 2017. Oh but wait on...
Yes, I am now a fan of Piers Morgan.
You've obviously not heard what his old pal (no longer) Alan Sugar has to say about the man. Although he's Labour, I like Al because he's created his own wealth by hard graft. Nothing harder than cold calling and door knocking to sell a product - as when he started - and still today knows more about 'selling' than all the pimply faced yuppies that go on his TV show.

Sugar's view of Morgan is much what most of us feel insomuch as he continually promotes himself by his interviewing techniques and general manner towards the government. Sugar comments that Morgan made a good job of promoting GMB but viewing figures are plummeting on account of his aggressive attitude and points out the 'idiots' (in his words) criticising the shortfall in PPE by simply saying that if they understood when demand exceeds supply ( this demand being global and impossible to foresee) shortages will occur until production is increased. He should know, he sold a few million Amstrad dishes didn't he? However to conclude as Bernard Manning used to say, "As long as you hold the mic, you can win every argument".
