Best thing to do is no more games this season .
But finish the season via a points average or maybe a panel to do the results, either way we get a resolution without all the agro.
Have normal promotion and relegation based on the final tables.
Then concentrate on next season.

It is the obvious (and fairest) thing for the EFL to do. The EFL should now get on with it, instead of waiting for the Premier League to make a decision, which is mainly based on the vast amounts of money involved in that division.
